I took both of the kids two weeks ago for their check up. It went much better than I had expected. Clayton is now 26 inches long and weighs 16 lbs 12 oz. He is in the 60% for his age. McKenna is now 42 inches and weighs 41 lbs. McKenna was not due for shots until next year when she starts Kindergarten. However since her brother was getting shots she wanted the shots. She kept asking the dr what was taking so long with her shots. She was a trooper as she did not cry at all. She held her brothers hand telling him it was okay and not to cry.
So we all left the doctors office with colorful bandaids and went to McDonald's for shakes.
