So Jamie never does well with planning.... On Monday, the doctor said that she was still dialated to a 3 (third week) but she was 90% effaced. So the doctor set a date of Feb 19th to induce, if the baby hadn't come by then. Knowing that, Jamie moved on with the end in sight.
Wednesday, her friend Stephanie had her baby boy Lane, leaving her the last of the pregnant AOTT girls. Thursday we went to the hospital to visit Lane and family, and Jamie tried to get admitted unsuccesfully. But she kept pointing out to Baby Ledgerwood that it is really fun out here, so he should hurry up and come. No luck. So, Friday came and went and as we prepared for a relaxing weekend Jamie discovered some way to break her water (I had absolutely no part in this, as I was at work and have eyewitnesses).
So, at 4:30pm her water broke and we grabed the bags and headed to the hospital. So here we sit on Friday night hanging out at the hospital. My folks are hanging out in Florida and coming back on Sunday. They tried to encourage her to hang on till they got back in town but apparently Baby Ledgerwood wants to take Paps's vette for a spin before he gets back in town!!
